How do I sign up?

Download the Snook A Look app and tap Sign Up. Use your email address or continue with Google or Apple — setup takes under two minutes.

How do I find and book a table?

Open the app and browse the live map. Tap a club, pick an available time slot, and complete checkout. Booking confirmation arrives instantly.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel 4 or more hours before your slot. Half refund if you cancel at least 1 hour before. Cancellations under 1 hour or no-shows receive no refund.

How do match challenges work?

Challenge any player, agree on a club and time, and choose the cost arrangement: host pays, loser pays, or split equally. After the match, both players report the result in-app.

How do I report a problem with a booking?

Email support@snookalook.com with your booking reference and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request online. Deletion completes within 30 days with a grace period to cancel.
