Delete my account
We're sorry to see you go. Deletion is permanent — your account, profile, and personal data will be removed within 30 days. You have a 30-day grace period to change your mind.
What gets deleted
- ✗Account credentials and login data
- ✗Display name, profile photo, and bio
- ✗All match history, frames, and breaks
- ✗RSVPs and booking history
- ✗Friend connections and in-app messages
- ✗Notification preferences and settings
What we retain (legal)
- Anonymised aggregate gameplay statisticsProduct analytics · indefinite

30-day grace period
After submitting a deletion request your account is deactivated but data is preserved for 30 days. Log back in within that window to cancel the deletion and reactivate your account.

Delete from the app (fastest)
The quickest way to delete your account is directly from the Snook A Look mobile app:
- Open the Snook A Look app on your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
- Tap Settings (gear icon, top right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the prompt — deletion begins immediately with a 30-day grace window.

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below. We will process your request within 7 business days and email you confirmation.
